Shipping and Delivery:

Hydrilla Gear only ships products to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We at Hydrilla Gear do our best to process orders as quickly as same day processing, but due to high volume it can take up-to 2-3 business days to process depending on your order. If you are in need of a product quickly, it is recommended to either call in and confirm your order will be shipped in time for you, or request to pick your order up in person.

Sales Tax:

Hydrilla Gear charges sales tax for products ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Currently, Hydrilla Gear only charges sales tax on purchases made within or delivered to Florida. Hydrilla Gear does not charge sales tax on orders with an out of state (FL) billing address or orders being shipped out of state.

Return Policy & Refunds

Hydrilla Gear holds a 30 day return policy starting the day your order is delivered. You will be required to provide proof of purchase upon return request. If you are unable to provide any proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt, we have the right to refuse your return. Refunds are issued only with proof of purchase and applied to the original payment method. Please allow up to 2 business days for your return to process. Any returns that arrive damaged at no fault of ours will not be refundable. All items must be returned in new condition and be able to be resold as new. Items damaged during transit will be left up to the customer to file a claim with the carrier or pay for return shipping if the customer decides to take the item back. Any returns left at Hydrilla Gear for more than 30 days will be considered forfeited merchandise. Hydrilla Gear reserves the right to dispose of all forfeited merchandise at it's own discretion this includes selling the merchandise at a discounted rate.

International:

Although the information on this Website is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Website are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Hydrilla Gear and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Governing Law:

In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Hydrilla Gear shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State’s courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District).
