The Bob’s Machine Shop Gen 3 Extreme Standard Series Jack Plate is built for reliable hydraulic adjustment without adding unnecessary weight to the transom. The Standard Series has been a proven Bob’s design since 1978, and the Gen 3 version continues that approach with a lightweight one-piece aluminum and stainless-steel construction and an internal hydraulic pump that keeps weight inside the boat.
Available in 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", and 14" setbacks, the Standard Series makes it easier to adjust your outboard for better speed, holeshot, fuel efficiency, and shallow-water operation. Each jack plate is rated for outboards up to 300 HP and 625 lbs and is designed to support motors with mounting widths up to 14.5".
